Regular & Student registration tickets include:

Welcome reception on 29 June 2027, gala dinner on 1 July 2027, all conference sessions, lunches, coffee & tea breaks

from 30 June to 2 July 2027, conference App, and book of abstracts.

Please note: A student ID will be required at check-in. PhD students count as students.

Cancellation Policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may, with prior agreement from the organiser, transfer their registration to another

person from the same organisation.

If a registrant cannot attend and no substitute is available, the following refund rules apply:

• Registrations cancelled before April 30 2027 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled between May 1 and May 31 2027 will receive a 50% refund.
• Registrations cancelled after June 1 2027 are not eligible for a refund.

Participants whose visa applications are denied may request a refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative charge of €80.00 per participant.

Written notification (email or post) must be received no later than June 18 2027 for the refund to be processed.

Requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy:

For payments made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same card, typically within two months of the original payment.
